Property Manager | Owner 

Paulina Lubian, formed CKSO Properties in 2019 after working with a network of realtors and Property Owners on a part time basis.  These early years provided a wealth of experience that has helped to earn the success that we see today in our relationships with both tenants and owners. Paulina's enthusiasm and positive energy has fuelled the growth of the business in the past 7 years, while proving to be a huge advantage in mediating or finding quick solutions when problems arise.  Paulina understands the importance of teamwork and has surrounded herself with a team who reflects her honesty, respect and an obligation to uphold the professional standards that CKSO Properties proudly represents. Catherine Asmut - Accounting

Catherine graduated from York University with a degree in Business Administration and plays an important role in the day-to-day operations at CKSO Properties. She is responsible for managing accounts payable, assisting with rent intakes, and preparing and issuing owner statements, helping to ensure our financial processes run smoothly. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Catherine work diligently behind the scenes to support both property owners and the CKSO Team. Georgia Jermyn - Leasing Agent 

Georgia is our leasing dedicated Leasing Agent and the owner of Northern Staging, bringing a combination of leasing expertise and design knowledge to every property she works with. She earned her diploma in Interior Decorating and is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Interior Design at Yorkville University. Georgia has a keen eye for presentation and understands how to showcase properties in their best light, helping prospective tenants feel at home from the moment they walk through the door. In 2023 alone, she successfully rented 93 units, a testament to her professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. Jacqueline Bellaire

OWNER - Just Clean 

Jacqueline is the owner of Just Clean Residential & Commercial and has built her company on hard work, trust, and a genuine passion for helping others. Since founding the business in 2021, she has grown Just Clean from a two-person team into a company of fifteen+ dedicated professionals serving both residential and commercial clients. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Jacqueline leads by example and has created a team that takes pride in delivering dependable, detail-oriented cleaning services. Ryan Guillot is a certified Master Electrician and the Owner/Operator of Guillot Electrical and Controls based in Val Caron, Ontario. Ryan prioritizes electrical safety and efficiency in your residential or commercial property. He emphasizes attention to detail, such as finishing touches and effective solutions to resolve issues that may arise. Ryan has more than 10-years of experience in the electrical field in various areas of residential, commercial, and industrial. Ryan is personable, honest, approachable, and accommodating.
