We have used CKSO Properties since our first rental property purchase. They are courteous and quick to respond to any issues and requests. They have been able to fill our units quickly and have a great background check system. We have had limited to no issues with any tenants that were placed in our units.

We hired Paulina of CKSO Properties to check on our house for 7 weeks between the time we moved out and the new owners moved in. Paulina checked on the interior/exterior of the house daily, cleared the snow from the driveway and entranceway plus kept us up to date with texts and photos. Paulina also forwarded our mail, cleaned the entire house after we moved out and helped with shipping our vehicles. Paulina is extremely professional and reliable, she went above and beyond what we hired her for and gave us peace of mind. CKSO properties has surpassed my expectations of a property manager. Since day one communication has been amazing, I’m never left questioning or guessing anything when it comes to our investment property. Tenant screening was a big part and we were kept in the loop when applications were being looked into. Tenant issues are dealt with quickly and I haven’t had to worry about sanding and snow removal.
