NO! There is no fees to view any of the units we have available for rent.

Do you charge an application fee? 

NO! We do not charge any fees to the potential applicants. 

If I view a property and dont end up renting it will I be charged for the viewing?

NO! There is absolutely no charge to view the units!

Do you rent to Newcomers?

Absolutely we welcome Applicants from all parts of the world!
